This is to compliment your company on all the electricians you have working on our facility. All the men were eminently polite and very helpful in every way. Chris and Charles did many things to help me that I considered beyond the call of duty. I admit that I was dreading this project, but your electricians made it surprisingly easier for me. The best news I have to report about renovating my  home is working with All American Electric Service. Chris has gone out of his way to make sure the electrical part of this project is top notch. I want to put into writing some thoughts I have about the fine service and support we have received from All American Electric Service. When I assumed maintenance responsibilities at our facility, things were pretty much in a mess with the electrical distribution system in the building. We had numerous code violations throughout the building. Everything that could have been done wrong was. Our relationship with All American Electric Service, started with Chris and Charles. When I had a problem with the electrical system here, I would call Chris and he would work to get out here. Chris was pivotal to us at the outset. They worked hard to solve our problems and I soon realized that All American Electric Service, had my best interest uppermost in their approach to our problems. We have been making steady, sure progress ever since. Your company is constantly suggesting ways for us to reduce our total costs. Most important to me is having the full resources of All American Electric available to me. From problem evaluation to completed project, I know that All American will perform for me like they are part of my business. I feel we have a true partnership. From the time I pick up the phone until my problem is resolved, I never feel like I am alone with my difficulties. All american Electric Service, recently did some electrical work on our older home, including upgrading the service and adding some new circuits. I want to thank you for a wonderful job done. We are very happy with the work, and the pricing was very competitive. Mostly, I would like to mention the excellent service provided by Chris. He was professional, polite and intelligent, and took the time to walk with me through the house before submitting the initial bid and discussing all of the issues in detail. He wasn't condescending, and was very clear without being either overly technical, or overly simplifying in his explanations. Chris did not push or try to sell us on anything. I noticed this right away in comparison to another company we also had do a bid. We were surprised and pleased with the quick and thorough service we received from All American Electric late on a Friday afternoon. We called another company first and were told they do not give weekend service unless it is an emergency. To us, our problem felt like an emergency. My husband called All American Electric Service. Chris called us back in about three minutes and said that he could have a truck at our kids’ home in about twenty minutes. Within that twenty minutes,  Chris walked through the door. I could not explain to Chris what the problem was and that he would have to wait until my husband arrived. Chris was very patient. He had to move a lot of stuff out of his way in order to access the area he needed to work on. We didn't know what the service would cost, but were very pleased when Chris gave us the bill for services. Just wanted to let you know how glad we are that we stumbled across your company. We commend you for having the good sense to hire folks like Chris, he had such good attitudes toward customer service – especially on a Friday afternoon!
